The pool area was clean and a nice spot to relax. The bathrooms were a bit cramped and old. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants were a plus. Breakfast options were limited and crowded, so go early.

Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. The bathroom was tiny, and the door wouldn't fully close. Nice pool area and a Thai restaurant on-site. Location is perfect for the beach. Staff was friendly, but breakfast options were limited. The bar was closed during our stay.

I really loved how this hotel was just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by a ton of stores and restaurants like Denny's and Mambo's less than a 5-minute stroll away, making it super easy to grab a bite or enjoy an ice cream from the nearby Ice Cream Hut; plus, it had great amenities like a clean pool area and pet-friendly policies, but the rooms could have been a bit more spacious for comfort.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk staff—they were rude, seemed indifferent to my issues, and when my key card didn’t work, I had to drag someone to my room to let me in. Super frustrating!

Upgraded flooring made a noticeable difference—no smelly carpet! The breakfast spread was impressive, offering everything from make-your-own waffles to fresh fruits. Friendly reception staff added a nice touch. Rooms were modern and clean, with a lovely pool for relaxation. a late 4 PM check-in was inconvenient, especially when I saw others leaving around noon. I did encounter a cockroach in my room, which led to a switch that smelled of mildew, and the beds weren’t comfortable. The hotel's historical charm is a bonus, but I wouldn’t ignore the cleanliness concerns next time.

The staff is friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is spacious and perfect for kids, with plenty of lounge chairs.
It was a bit pricey, but worth the experience.

The location is perfect for those wanting quick access to local dining and shopping. The breakfast served real scrambled eggs and the staff were genuinely friendly.
The place desperately needs a facelift.

Great beach access and outdoor pool, but breakfast choices were very limited.

Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Location is perfect for the beach and attractions. The breakfast setup is convenient—grab your coffee and snacks easily. a significant issue arose. An encounter with a rude housekeeping supervisor left a bitter taste. Unprofessional treatment made check-out stressful, especially for my disabled son. Proper guest interaction is essential. Facility was clean. Well-maintained grounds and decent amenities. A nice pool and interesting astronaut display add charm. attention is needed for certain details—bath cleanliness and room maintenance. Breakfast choices could be expanded. Consider revising staff training to ensure future guests leave with positive memories. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if improvements are made.

La Quinta Inn offers a fantastic location just minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with comfy beds. Their pool area is well-maintained, and breakfast includes healthy options, though expect some breakfast rush. a pleasant experience worth returning to.

The room was spacious and the beds were wide with just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. the air conditioning was quite loud and occasionally rattled, which disrupted the peace. I appreciated the cleanliness; trash was always emptied and there was no overwhelming odor. The front desk staff was generally polite, although one member was less welcoming. Breakfast offered limited options, but it was decent. The pool area was inviting and warm enough for a swim. Accessibility to the beach and local eateries was convenient. The experience had its ups and downs, but the atmosphere was relaxing overall.

Enjoyed the beach, outdoor pool, sushi & martini bars. Close to local attractions. The hotel is colorful & contemporary; had a great time.
Loved the feeling of walking into a crime scene hotel.

Room was spacious for two people, with effective air conditioning and bathroom ventilation. Convenient location near a beautiful beach and the Kennedy Space Center. Sufficient parking space was available, making it easy to come and go as needed.
Rooms were not properly cleaned, with dirt and sand on the floor upon arrival. Minimal cleaning effort by the staff, as evidenced by lingering dust.

Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi, Fi, access to a nearby fitness center, and bike parking at this family, friendly hotel. Explore the vibrant East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame and the touching Brevard Veterans Memorial Center. The amenities cater to both relaxation and cultural enrichment for a well, rounded stay.
My kids wished for a more interactive children's play area.

we had a great stay at la quinta. the room was nice and comfortable, with a courtyard view that was relaxing. the location is convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance and beach access just across the street. parking on site was free, and the staff, including the front desk, maintenance, and housekeepers. the hotel also offered a nice breakfast with waffles, bagels, eggs, and cereals. it was a good base for visiting nearby attractions like the beach and space center.
Nothing all excellent 😊

When we arrived at La Quinta, I immediately noticed the worn-out carpeted floors that felt gritty under our feet. The room had a musty odor that was quite unpleasant. The air conditioning unit was dusty, and the bathroom door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. There were even rust stains in the tub, which was quite off-putting. Housekeeping seemed to be lacking in attention to detail, as we found hair on the bed and in the sink. The room attendant even mistakenly tried to enter our room while we were still inside, which was a bit alarming. I was also disappointed by the breakfast offered at the hotel. It consisted mainly of processed food served on disposable plates and cups, with very few fresh options available. The staff handling the payment for the resort fee were also quite rude and ended up charging us multiple times, causing a hassle that took weeks to resolve. One positive aspect was the garden furniture outside, where we were able to relax for a bit. overall, I found La Quinta to be severely overvalued for the quality of service and amenities provided. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The hotel had a sweet free shuttle service and we could catch some HBO action! The location was rad, close to a Thai restaurant and a short beach walk away, plus it had ties to the original Mercury 7 crew, pretty neat stuff! The staff were chill, and the pool looked dank!
The room reeked of old smoke, major bummer. The bathroom was mega cramped, almost squishing against the toilet!

Me encantó la limpieza impecable del hotel, así como sus excelentes instalaciones, incluyendo el spa y la piscina exterior. También es un gran beneficio contar con estacionamiento propio y fácil acceso a transporte.
Nada.

Felt lucky, nothing too much trouble.

Our vacay was lit with free Wi-Fi for scrolling Insta, gym access for those beach bod gains, and bike parking for exploring. We fished like pros and hit the Surfing Hall of Fame & Veterans Memorial Center for culture vibes.
Could use a dope pool party scene for max fun vibes.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Sidney Fischer Park, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful customer service agents. The outdoor pool and on-site sushi and martini bars were great amenities to enjoy during my stay.
Shuttle was full before we checked in.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to all the important places for a young couple like us. The hotel offered a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge area, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and even billiard tables. The location was perfect, with easy access to Port Canaveral, the Kennedy Space Center, and exciting outdoor activities like kayaking. The room was spacious and clean with great facilities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and TV. We also appreciated the continental breakfast provided each morning.
Lobby was a bit humid and stuffy.

la quinta really impressed me. the room was spotless, and the location is just a short walk from the beach. you can even see rocket launches from there. the gym is no joke and there's a real sportsbar on site!
